Sue Kochan is the CEO and President of Cool:i:mania, which focuses on marketing strategy, implementation and measurement, including web site design and management and Internet marketing. Sue offers creative vision, vibrant passion and exceptional leadership skills to the team and clients of Cool:i:mania. Kochan began her career as a graphic designer and quickly rose through the ranks of Peat Marwick and then Ziff Davis Publishing by personifying creativity and demonstrating effective use of new technologies. Clients especially appreciate Sue's ability to quickly envision a variety of paths to capitalize on business opportunities. Her thinking is both grounded and innovative; her ability to inspire creative thinking in others both subtle and powerful.

Sue has defined the creative direction for a wide variety of clients including Fortune 500s, medium and small businesses, non-profits and start-ups. Concepting strengths include company and product identities, brand foundations and revitalizations, and any visual means of strengthening and communicating the client's brand. Sue initiated the recent launch of Cool:i:mania's new division, Cool ID. Cool ID reflects the company's historical specialty in creating new company and product identities including names, logos and taglines.

Prior to building Cool:i:mania, Kochan managed an independent design boutique, Dugan Design after serving as a Marketing/Technology Consultant in Washington D.C. Clients included Baush & Lomb, Element K Learning Center, Excellus, Exxon Mobil, FBI, Fisher-Price, HUD, NASA, Xerox and many others.

Kochan holds a Bachelor in Fine Arts Degree from Oswego College. She is currently a member of Ad Council of Rochester, High Tech of Rochester and is a Board Director for Children Awaiting Parents. Sue has authored a number of children's stories.
