Regina Kelley

Regina Kelley heads her own independent qualitative research and account planning business. She is a 23-year Strategic Planning leader with a special expertise in qualitative research and workshop/idea generation facilitation. Her business is founded on the belief that successfully achieving a goal with any group is an art form. The goal can be understanding a product category or advertising with a group of consumers or it can be helping a group of business professionals with a tough marketing problem. Either way it is an art form in which Regina excels.

Before starting her own business in 1999 Regina was the Director of Strategic Planning and Research for Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising in New York. At Saatchi & Saatchi she was a member of the New York Board of Directors and the Worldwide Account Planning Board. While at Saatchi & Saatchi Regina was the senior planner on several businesses including McNeil, Delta Air Lines, PaineWebber, and Bell Atlantic (Verizon). Regina contributed to the Lexus branding effort before its launch as well as working on a variety of Toyota models for the US market.

Since she began her own business Regina has worked in brand development, new product development, strategic development and creative/advertising evaluation. She has facilitated strategic planning sessions for a variety of clients as they have worked towards developing a new brand positioning, new products and/or dealt with difficult marketing issues.

Regina’s clients include Procter & Gamble, AOL Time Warner, Verizon, Time Inc. Custom Publishing, Saatchi & Saatchi, Reynolds Metals, PaineWebber, Fuji Film, RA Becker, Dunkin’ Donuts, Iams and the National Parks Conservation Association.

Her category experience includes household and personal products, financial, leisure travel, airlines, healthcare, publishing, telecom, food and beverage, retail, eCommerce and technology.

Regina graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in Merchandising.
